Cooperating Brokers receive a commission* if a Buyer they have registered is the winning bidder on any of the auctions. (Referral Fee available for out of state Realtors.) This is the quickest way to earn money representing a buyer, as there are no negotiations, and nothing to do during escrow. Just register your clients as Buyers, and you can collect your commission* check. (Of course, you should also assist them in their evaluations of the property.) There is no limit to the number of Buyers a Realtor may register. Go go the individual listing(s) you are interested in and complete the Terms & Conditions Form to register your clients and earn a cooperating broker commission*.

Realtors Representing Sellers
Other Brokerage firms may co-list properties with Corbett Bottles and participate in our highly effective auction process.
